In recent years, the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIKR" has been actively working to train its own personnel and to build a talent pool for Rosselkhoznadzor. This is why the institute has long-standing and fruitful relationships with the Timiryazev Academy, the RUDN University Agrarian Institute, and many other regional specialized universities.
The Department of Phytosanitary Biology and Ecosystem Safety at the RUDN University Institute of Ecology offers a full-time and part-time master's program.
