Instructions for Applicants from Institutions Subordinate to Rosselkhoznadzor on Using the "Laboratory" Service Component
Employees of Subordinate Institutions:
To add users and obtain access rights to the "Laboratory" service component, employees of subordinate institutions of Rosselkhoznadzor must send an official letter to VNIIKR at vniikr@fsvps.gov.ru, attaching a completed sample file: Sample Request for Access to the "Laboratory" Service Component
Changing the "Role" (access levels) of existing employees is performed by an employee of your institution with the "Local Administrator" role.
To connect commercial laboratories that perform laboratory testing and have a certificate to the system Accreditation
1. Complete the registration application.
2. Send the completed application to vniikr@fsvps.gov.ru with a scanned copy of the cover letter in free format, and a duplicate request to osis@vniikr.ru.
3. Send the original to FGBU VNIIKR at the following address: 32 Pogranichnaya Street, Ramensky District, Bykovo Settlement, Moscow Region, 140150.
