The Federal State Budgetary Institution "All-Russian Plant Quarantine Center" provides continuing professional education services through advanced training programs and conducts individual internships on methods for detecting and identifying quarantine and especially dangerous pests.
Continuing education programs are developed and implemented for:
- federal civil servants of the territorial offices of Rosselkhoznadzor;
- employees of institutions subordinate to Rosselkhoznadzor and branches of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIKR"
- employees of other organizations working in the agricultural sector.
Training is conducted at the following training centers:
- Moscow Region, Bykovo settlement
- Republic of Crimea, Simferopol
Training options:

- distance learning, using e-learning and distance learning technologies.
