The Voronezh branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIKR" is a separate division of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "All-Russian Plant Quarantine Center." The branch operates in the Voronezh Region and interacts with Russian government agencies, the Voronezh Region administration, local governments, public associations, organizations, and citizens on matters established by the Charter of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIKR."
