The branch operates in the Tomsk Region and interacts with Russian government agencies, the Tomsk Region administration, local governments, public associations, organizations, and citizens on matters established by the Charter of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIKR." It also supports the activities of the Territorial Administration of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) for the Tomsk Region.
